Strenth, Speed, and Agility Camp for Youth Athletes

Our 4 week Coed Conditioning camp runs June 7- July 2 every MWF from 9-11am. Full camp cost is $229 if registered by 5/8/21 and $249 after 5/8/21. Individual weeks are available for $79/ week. This Co-Ed camp is suitable for all kids, and is not sport specific. Your child will improve their speed, agility, strength and endurance. Participants will improve mechanics and endurance while decreasing injury risk. Our thoughtful programming and professional coaching will bring out the best in every young athlete- regardless of their level of experience.

PITT Fitness offers physical fitness plans and nutrition programs for the whole family, as well as injury prevention techniques. Try your hand at a 60 minute full body workout—offered daily—while being coached by our trained and talented coaching staff.

YOUTH FITNESS

We promote fun fitness at PITT Fitness, and offer youth fitness programs led by talented, seasoned fitness professionals. These programs are designed for youth aged 8–17 years old and are not sport specific—our goal is to have your child focus on overall fitness and injury prevention.

Adult Fitness

Come check out our newly renovated 9000 sq ft workout facility! We’re proud to have the largest group fitness gym in the Valley with all new equipment. We offer a broad range of workout equipment and classes to suit your needs—all on top of our team’s expert training and classes!

NUTRITION

PITT Fitness offers nutrition services that encourage healthy eating along with a healthy lifestyle. Our program offers nutrition guidance from our qualified lead nutrition coach, including healthy recipe videos and instructions, to help you become the best version of yourself.

Monday – Friday 5am, 6am, 7:30am, 9am, Noon, 4p, 5pm, 6pm*, 7pm (Last class on Friday is at 5pm)

Saturday 8am & 9:15am

Sunday 9am Specialty Class

OPEN GYM HOURS Monday – Friday 10am to Noon
