What I love most about PITT Fitness is our members! I love building relationships with them and making them feel better about themselves through fitness. I am passionate about multiple aspects of fitness and that is how I have always programmed for myself. I think it is important to run a hybrid program that incorporates the proper balance of aerobic and anaerobic training. Personally, I enjoy the weightlifting portion of my program the most!

Coach Eric has over 8 years of experience with individual and group personal training. He has been active in sports throughout his life and began training as a way to share his passion for health and wellness with others. He is certified as a trainer through NPTI and holds certificates in nutrition, functional range conditioning/ mobility and kettlebell movement. Eric makes working out fun while still challenging his clients and lifting them up through positive and constructive feedback to ensure they get the most of the workout. In his free time, you can find Eric hiking, mountain biking and spending time with his family and friends.

David Skolnik has spent the last 15 years studying and practicing in the fields of exercise science, coaching and Physical Therapy. The concept of strength lies at the core of everything David does. From encouraging his clients to build physical strength, to instituting elements of mental strength and resilience into his life as often as possible; David believes that strength is an essential element of success in every area of life. It’s even the inspiration for his weekly podcast “The Essential Strength Podcast”!
Combining his knowledge of strength and conditioning with his understanding of injury risk and rehabilitation, David can meet any client where they are on day one, help them discover their goals and create a plan to achieve almost anything in the gym!

My love for group fitness started back in 2017 at a local gym, but then I transitioned into Olympic style weightlifting! I loved the sport of weightlifting for a couple of years and competed a handful of times and enjoyed every minute of it, but I eventually found another sport I completely fell in love with in mixed martial arts. Outside of my active life, I'm also a real estate agent with the Darwin Wall team here in Chandler, AZ. I enjoy being an entrepreneur and being as creative as I can be!

Having been an athlete the majority of my life, fitness is something I originally adopted looking to get bigger, faster, and stronger for my sport. Little did I know it was something that I’d develop a lifelong passion for. In my opinion, fitness is a overall better way of life. Through fitness I have become a happier, healthier, stronger, functional, inspired, and confident version of myself and this is exactly what I am looking to help others do! Being new to AZ from WA I am so thankful to have found PITT Fitness and its amazing community! Coming from a yoga background, being 500 hour certified with lots of anatomy and strength based training, I am so excited to bring in more mobility/ toning style classes to PITTs already amazing functional fitness workouts. Outside of the gym you’ll catch me out camping or hiking with my pups whenever possible.
