Hi! I’m Coach Toni, a proud mom of two boys. My husband and I are both fitness and nutrition enthusiasts. With a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, along with certifications as a Personal Trainer, I have over eight years of experience in personal training and three years as an online fitness coach. I love going on bike rides and my favorite foods are tacos and sushi. My focus is on creating sustainable lifestyles you’ll love, breaking through physical plateaus, and unpacking mindset patterns that hold you back.
